How we handle
waitlist information
This is an interim notice for the early-access waitlist on cells.com. A full Privacy Policy is being written with legal counsel and will replace this page. Until then, here is what we collect, why, and how to reach us. We are based in the United States. This notice is plain-language information — it is not a claim of HIPAA, GDPR, or similar compliance.
cells.com (ENCELVA) is longevity education. We do not run biological-age tests, ship kits, operate a laboratory, diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
What we collect on the waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we ask for:
- Email (required)
- First name (optional)
- Mobile phone (optional)
- Birthdate (required) — so we can confirm you are 18 or older
- Whether you already have a biological age result (yes / no / not sure; optional)
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older (required checkbox)
- Optional SMS consent — only if you tick the separate, unchecked box. The exact wording we show (and store if you opt in) is: “Text me early-access updates from cells.com at this number. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent isn't a condition of joining.”
We also store a few technical details with each sign-up: a hashed version of your IP address (we do not keep the raw IP), your browser user agent, and a short source tag (for example, that you signed up from the home page). We use these to limit abuse and understand how people find the waitlist — not to profile you for ads.
Why we collect it
We use this information only for early-access updates about cells.com — for example, when membership opens or when we have something concrete to share. We do not sell your information. We do not use waitlist data to diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
We only send SMS / text messages if you opted in with a phone number. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts. SMS consent is not required to join the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need the list for early-access updates — whichever comes first. We may then delete or anonymize the data.
Access and deletion
To ask what we have on file for you, or to ask us to delete it, email legal@cells.com from the address you used on the waitlist (or tell us which email you used). We will handle the request as promptly as we reasonably can.
